About the artist

Thomas Finney is a dynamic designer and artist who has been contributing to the fashion industry since 2010. Specializing in handmade leather goods, Thomas brings with him a history of experience ranging from corporate design to luxury and bespoke fashion.

Thomas earned a BFA in Fashion Design from Savannah College of Art and Design, graduating with top honors and SCAD’s Golden Scissors Award for most outstanding senior thesis.  Scissors in hand, Thomas moved to New York and began working for Thom Browne; sketching the runway collection, sampling one-of-a-kind show pieces, and working with master tailor Rocco Ciccarelli to create Thom’s dramatic runway silhouettes.

In a move from high fashion to high street, Thomas engaged with the corporate design world via Club Monaco but soon ventured out on his own with the introduction of an eponymous bespoke tailored collection.

During the pandemic, as demand for custom tailoring wained, Thomas began honing his leather working skills and in 2020 introduced an inspired collection of leather masks and wearable art that has been the catapult for his budding leather goods business.
