When will my order ship? 

• All items are made to order. Depending on the complexity of the pattern, the items will generally take 5 - 7 business days to make prior to shipment. 

• Shipment will generally take 3 - 5 business days with ground delivery. 

• Please expect 2 weeks maximum for delivery. 

What carrier does my order ship? 

• For all US orders, your package will ship USPS ground. For international orders it will ship UPS. 

• If you need expedited shipping, the option will be available at check out. Kindly send us a message with your date deadline.

What is your return policy? 

• We will accept returns for full refund for 7 days post delivery of the package. Items must be returned in sellable condition with tags. 

• We do not pay for the postage for returns.

Where are Thomas Finney Studio items made? 

• All items are made in Michigan, USA in the TFS atelier. They are all handmade by the designer himself.
